Operation Breathe is the Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction men’s ministry that is more than justa men’s ministry—it’s a movement dedicated to restoring men to their God-given identity, purpose, and strength. In a world that constantly demands more and gives back little, men often find themselves running on empty, isolated, and spiritually drained. Operation Breathe invites men to pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect with the source of true life—God. This jurisdictional ministry exists because men carry weight—and God never intended us to carry it alone. We are a ministry where men can breathe again, grow deeper in faith, and walk together in strength, truth, and accountability. We believe that God is restoring all men to lead, serve, and live again with purpose.

The Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction Men’s Ministry is a life-changing experience of intentional men coming together to empower, equip, and inspire each other to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Through powerful teaching, dynamic worship, and real conversations about faith, family, leadership, and personal growth, we sharpen and strengthen men to be God’s crown glory in every area of life.
Mission
The primary mission of Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction Men's Ministry is to minister to the total man, spiritually, physically, and intellectually. Our gatherings are strategically prepared for men of God to stand together and declare their faith and strengthen themselves in their walk with the Lord. Our hope is that those who come will leave changed, with a desire to lead others to the cross of the man Christ.
This ministry of the Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction is for all men who are hurting, in leadership, are fathers and new believers. We seek to minister to men experiencing Burnout, Isolation, Spiritual immaturity, Identity crisis, leadership development.
