Mission:
The mission of the Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ Education Department is to focus on both the secular and spiritual educational needs and educational potential of all persons in churches in the jurisdiction and their communities.
Vision:
The vision of the Greater West Virginia Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ Education Department is to form partnerships with each church in the jurisdiction and their communities to create and utilize resources and programs that will meet the educational needs of the communities and surrounding areas they serve.

Available to 2025 High School Graduates beginning March 5, 2025. Applications are due by June 27, 2025. Amount to be awarded: $1000
Rita D. Jones Memorial Scholarship
Available to students in last semester of an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral Program. Preference is given to nontraditional students. Applications are available beginning March 5, 2025 and are due by June 27, 2025. Amount to be awarded: $1000
